Clarativity Coaching

Clarity + Creativity = A New Creation

Individual coaching

Individual coaching sessions help people identify and develop skills, strengths, and strategies to overcome challenges and maximize performance, while tapping into passion and engagement.  Coaching sessions are tailored to you as the process is highly personal. We use an assessment (either the ELI or Enneagram) to identify your balconies (they things that are your natural gifts) and basements (the dark side of your talents) to figure out what is draining you and what energizes you. Together we partner to determine what you really want out of your professional life, capitalize on your strengths and move you to sustainable change through taking action.

Group coaching

Virtual or in person sessions to develop stronger team cohesiveness through clarifying roles and responsibilities, improving communication and awareness, and creating goals and strategies aligned with the mission and vision of the organization. We break through both individual and team barriers to success to move everyone forward with excitement and confidence.

Teams also have the option of engaging in assessments as pre work to deepen understanding of their coworkers and tap into their leadership strengths to better connect and work together.

Example topics include:

  • Communication: What are our communication styles? How do we improve delivering and receiving messages? How do we give and receive feedback?
  • Emotional Intelligence and Leadership: Understanding what emotional intelligence is, defining leadership and exploring how leaders can improve their EQ and empathy
  • Managing Stress: Shifting and improving attitudes and responses to stress

Assessments

Assessments are helpful in highlighting your unique strengths and opportunities and providing a baseline for our work together.

There are two main types of assessments: personality and attitudinal. Personality based assessments, such as Myers Briggs, D.I.S.C., and the Enneagram are all valuable tools in helping people develop an understanding about their strengths and weaknesses. Attitudinal based assessments, such as the Energy Leadership Index (ELI) measures your level of energy based on your attitude, or perception, and perspective of your world. Because attitude is subjective, it can be altered.

As we are forming our coaching relationship, we determine which type of assessment best fits your unique situation and aligns with your goals. Both assessments are also available and effective for workplace groups/teams.

Personality Assessment: Enneagram

The Enneagram is an organized set of character structures (9 personality types) that explains how we relate to the world based on our motivations and what drives us. While some personality structures box you in, the purpose of the Enneagram is to hold a mirror up and show us how small we’ve created our box!

Identifying your Enneagram type, or number, provides insight into the lens through which you see and experience the world. Using the Enneagram as a map, we will also explore some of your core fears, desires, longings, and strengths. Understanding these things about yourself helps us move from being run by our personalities to stepping into conscious choice.

Attitudinal Assessment: Energy Leadership Index

The Energy Leadership Index (ELI) is an attitudinal assessment, which is based on an energy and action model. This assessment differs from personality assessments in that it does not label a person and have them work within that label. Because attitude is subjective, it can be altered. By using the ELI in our coaching relationship, you can alter your attitude and perspective, make a shift in your consciousness, and increase your energy and leadership effectiveness.

Named as one of the top 11 assessments for executives to take by Forbes Coaches Council, the ELI is a unique assessment that enables leaders to hold up mirrors to their perceptions, attitudes, behaviors, and overall leadership capabilities. The ELI forms the initial launching point for our coaching by giving us a baseline for your current performance and situation. The realizations that you’ll gain from the ELI assessment and debrief process alone will change the way you view your world.
